This museum houses photographs and information about Ho Chi Minh, as well as a photographic history of Hue. - Imperial Citadel. Once the imperial seat of government and now Hue's main attraction, this expansive complex includes temples, pavilions, moats, walls, gates, shops, museums, and galleries. It showcases art and costumes from various periods of Vietnamese history. - Thien Mu Pagoda. Situated on a bluff overlooking the river, this pagoda houses exquisite gold and silver Buddha statues. The Thien Mu Pagoda, which overlooks the Perfume River, is the official symbol of the city of Hue. - Tombs of the Emperors. In the heart of the city, which locals still fondly call Saigon, you'll find some of the city's main attractions such as the Opera house, railway station, Notre Dame cathedral, Reunification Palace, the Saigon river, and the Markets. If you need a break from the city, you can take a tour to the Mekong Delta or to Da Lat, if you have more time.
